Professional stevedores and safe cargo handling
The Verbrugge Terminals are strategically located in the heart of northwestern Europe, right on the North Sea. We operate a draft of 12.1 metres in Terneuzen and 14.3 metres in Vlissingen.
Our modern multi-purpose terminals have state-of-the-art equipment and are very suitable for the safe storage and transfer of various products.
At Verbrugge we have a highly skilled and motivated team of stevedores. Our common goal is to work safely according to the highest quality standards and the high requirements of our customers.
Modern storage opportunities
With 250 hectares of outdoor storage space and 830,000 square metres of covered storage space, our terminals and modern warehouses are suitable for the storage of a variety of goods. In addition, we provide real-time stock management and the best transport solutions for your products.
Verbrugge is LME accredited (London Metal Exchange) and meets the highest and strict AEO requirements and controls. Our state-of-the-art terminals are recognised and used by major international banks and trading houses. All this ensures a safe and reliable storage and handling of non-ferrous metals, such as aluminium, copper, lead, nickel and zinc.
Expedition and distribution
You will have one central contact person who supervises all your logistics services: from unloading the vessel, taking care of the customs formalities and storing and registering the stock to organising transport and freighting.
We guarantee fast and efficient deliveries from our storage locations to your customers. Together with our Transport and Chartering Department, we will ensure that your goods reach the customer on time.
You can also count on our flexibility for cargo collection. We provide expanded opening hours. To help you achieve an efficient distribution system and reduce your transport costs, our terminals are open from 7:30 till 23:30 hours.
Fast rail connections
Do you want to transport your goods as efficiently as possible within Europe by rail? All Verbrugge terminals have direct connections to the European rail network. Complete block trains or the use of a single wagon: everything is possible.
