Photo, film and usage of drones

It is not permitted to take photographs or make film recordings on the premises of the Verbrugge Terminals in Terneuzen and Vlissingen. We have contractually agreed with our clients that their cargo may not be filmed or photographed at the Verbrugge locations.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be made in certain situations. However, our permission must always be requested. This includes recordings for promotional purposes, instructions and cargo inspections.

When recordings are made for promotional purposes or instructions, third-party brands, third-party freight and other persons may not be shown in these recordings. The publication of this visual material requires prior approval from the management of Verbrugge. We reserve the right to request and view this visual material at any time.

Consent will be given in writing, for a maximum of one specific day. This consent is personal and cannot be transferred. After the approval, you will receive written permission from us. You must bring this permission form with you on paper or on your smartphone when you visit, and you must be able to show it at any time if requested to do so.

Usage of drones

The use of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS), or drones, in and around the ports is not permitted. Private or recreational use of drones in the port is prohibited. An exception can be made for the professional use of drones.

In order to use drones, you must meet the requirements of the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (IL&T), North Sea Port and Verbrugge Terminals. Please contact us if you would like more information: pfso@verbrugge.nl.
