Request personal access badge

For certain activities it is possible to apply for a personal access pass. This relates in particular to work and projects for a longer period of time that require frequent visits to the terminals.

Conditions for obtaining a personal access pass:

• The application must be approved by the company's management.
• You must have passed the safety test. 
• You must submit a certificate of good behaviour (VOG). The job aspects on the basis of which this VOG must be applied for will be sent to you by email after the approval of your application.
• You will need to follow the toolbox ‘independent driving’. You will receive an option to sign up for this by email.
• You must submit a digital photo of your face (not a scan), where you are looking clearly into the camera without other people in the background. The photo should be delivered in a jpeg/jpg format.
• The access pass provided to you will remain the property of Verbrugge Terminals B.V. Loss of the access pass is subject to a fine of € 50 and must be reported immediately to our security team, T: +31 (0) 118-426327.

Registration is very easy using the web form on this page. Fill in your details, read the access conditions and then send us your registration form by pressing the Submit button. 

After we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of your application. When all requirements are met, you will receive an approval as soon as possible. Your pass will be ready at the security desk of the Verbrugge Zeeland Terminal, Engelandweg 12, 4389 PC Ritthem, within a week. Make sure you also bring a valid ID when you visit the terminal (ID card or passport).
